Unlike many tiny home builders, our backyard spaces are built on-site, which allows you to get your ADU built with minimal risk to your property. And, because we don't prefabricate our homes, you aren't subject to hidden delivery or craning fees which can cost as much as $60,000 extra.

This is our second largest in the line with a traditional feel. Our 1-bedroom has more than enough space for an individual or couple looking to get away or rent a small space.

2 Bedroom

This is our most spacious model made to be like a home for up to a small family. Perfect for renting out or taking care of a close family member.

Detached ADU

Detached ADUs are the most popular options for ADUs right now as they give you the most privacy and look the best on your lot. These are ADUs that are completely separate from your main home and can be up to 1,200 SQFT depending on your location and available space. We have several standard floor plans and designs for detached ADUs that you can use, as well as fully custom options!

Garage Conversions

Do you not have a lot of room on your property but have a detached or attached garage that could be converted into a great living space? We can also help you transform your garage into a finished, functional, and fully legal ADU on your property. This is a great option for a small rental space, for a parent, or for an adult child to live nearby while maintaining their independence.

Attached ADUs

Attached ADUs, sometimes called "JADUs," are another great option if you want your ADU to blend with your house, or if your backyard space is limited. These ADUs share a wall with your main house but are otherwise completely separate. Including a separate bathroom, kitchen, and living space, they have everything you could need.
